XXIII World Congress on Parkinson´s Disease and Related Disorders - IAPRD 2018

14 de febrero de 2018

On behalf of the Board of the International Association of Parkinsonism and Related Disorders, it is our pleasure to invite you to join us for an exciting and comprehensive educational program at the upcoming XXIII World Congress on Parkinson Disease and Related Disorders to be held 19 – 22 August 2018 in Lyon, France!

Our venue, Lyon, the second largest city in France, is situated in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region at the confluence of the Rhône and Saône rivers. Lyon was the ancient capital of Roman Gaul and has a rich and long-standing history. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Lyon boasts Roman amphitheaters, cobblestone streets, Renaissance old town, and traboules—covered passageways between buildings originally used by silk manufacturers. Lyon is home to a host of noteworthy museums and is world famous for gastronomy. In the late 1890s, Auguste and Louis Lumière invented the cinematograph in Lyon, making this city the birthplace of cinema.

Looking forward seeing you in Lyon and enjoying the spirit of summer.
